I have waited to post this. I was sold a car that wasn’t even inspected!! It was sold to me with NO transmission fluid or oil! When I wanted to return it, I was told I could only be refunded the money minus the taxes (I paid CASH), this is illegal. When I confronted the general manager Ben, I was treated like an annoyance and when I demanded the entire amount I paid be given back to me, I was told “whatever it takes to make this go away”. Ask for Holly! After going back and forth with 2 other Nissan Dealers for a few days, Holly beat their price within 30 minutes. Gave me an OTD price they couldn’t beat. Then my credit was locked, no problem for her! I drove the car home and she drove up to finalize the deal when Experian unfroze my account.

Went here for service while on a vacation from out of state. My service advisors was Bobby H. Compared to the other service advisors, he seemed the most lively and helpful, so I’m glad I got him as the advisor. Although it wasn’t the cheap fix we hoped for, they were still able to get me back up and going for a good price and he kept me updated the whole time. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely return to Sandy Sansing Nissan and use Bobby.

Nice guy, smooth paper work, but my car wasn't detailed like promised and they let me leave with no gas on empty. They corrected the gas but paint is sticky and smudged and finger prints. Asked about the "detail" and pointed out what was wrong and go and excuse on how they only have two detailers and one was out sick.

This is a great dealership. It is a new facility in a great location in Foley, Alabama. The facilities are exceptional. It is well-organized, clean, and easy to manage. I have only met 4 of the staff, but all are competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. Each person completed each task that they promised. For instance, the car I wanted was retrieved exactly when promised. The vehicle was full of gas. All paperwork was correct. Waited an extremely long time for a SCHEDULED oil change and a recall. Poor communication the entire time. Service employee did offer me his employee discount because I had to wait so long. Very disappointed with this visit.

Mr Gilbert and the rest of the Foley team were amazing. The personalized help I received from my scheduled test drive to me driving of the lot in my replacement vehicle was like I was their ONLY customer. Every question or concern I shared, the responses were on point, professional, and most importantly complete. After reflecting on my past experiences buying vehicles, this experience was the best. To put in perspective I have bought 26 cars since 1987 and I am the most satisfied by this one transaction not because of the car I got but because of the care.
